This special stamp issue was issued purposely to coincide with the international stamp exhibition in Singapore2015 and to commemorate Singapore 50. The issue has two sheetlets containing four set of stamps featuring the national symbols of Singapore, Merlion and Papua New Guinea Kumul, the souvenir sheet contains two stamps of the same. The souvenir sheet with value of PGK20 for each stamp is digitally numbered with limited print runs.
