Post-Pak packaging materials are specially designed to keep your

in all Post Offices and Post Shops nationwide.

With our Unaddressed Advertising Mail Service which is initially
available in all Post Offices. You get optimum Advertising Mileage
for your products and services at the least cost. You can send your
brochures, flyers, Cards, catalogues including product samples to
your customers in specific areas of the country. Moreover, you can
even send announcements, public notices, important news items and
research or survey questionnaires which we will deliver at your
targeted audiences doorstep.
Articles for the Blind ..................................................................
Post PNG offers special services for posting articles for the
blind. The articles must be endorsed "ARTICLES FOR BLIND" or "BLIND
LITERATURE".
Post PNG Freight Services ..........................................................
Our Freight service caters for the distribution of large parcels
and cargo weighing more then 25kg domestically. We also act as the
Customs Clearing Agent for incoming dutiable goods and parcels
through Freight and Express Mail Service. This service is available

Special Service Arrangements Bulk Pre-Sorted Mail ...................
If you wish to use Bulk Pre-sorted Mail service, you may apply
for a mailing permit and pay the corresponding annual fee.
Pre-sorted letters, individually Addressed Second Class Mail and
Printed Matters for inland delivery may be sent by Bulk-Pre-Sorted
Mail Service.

Bulk mailers who may want to use this MAIL-NOW-PAY-LATER
arrangement may file their application with their local Post Office.
A maximum set value is allowed for our customers to acquire the bulk
pre-sorted mail service on a Credit basis.
Restricted Delivery of Mail .........................................................
The Sender of a registered or express mail must restrict its
delivery upon payment of the prescribed fee. Such mail shall be
marked "Deliver to Addressee only". And shall not be delivered to
anybody except the addressee.
Franking Machine Service .........................................................
Franking Machine is an alternative for stamps and provides
improved accountability for postage. Machines can be reset at the
Post Office, or re-set by a removable electronic module. For further
information, ask at a Post Office near you. |
