The National Stamp Design Competition was officially launched on Wednesday 11th October 2006.
Featured in this competition are three specific themes selected from each of these organisations: - Papua New Guinea National Health Department, Papua New Guinea National Education Department and the Papua New Guinea National Law and Justice Secretariat.
The winning designs were used as concepts for the artwork of the actual postage stamp, which have being printed for usage. This is the 4th stamp issue for 2007, which was issued on 25/07/07.
