Personalised Stamps is unique service, allowing stamps to be personalised by printing a photograph, insignia or slogan on the tab of the stamp. Invitations to birthdays, engagements, and weddings, news of a birth of a baby or thank you notes can now be given a personal touch. It’s a special way to personalise you overseas and Christmas mail. Personalised Stamps make a wonderful gift idea or for keepsake.

Each sheet contains 20 stamps of the same design and denomination. The minimum order for Personalised Stamp design is one sheet.

There are four different values of individual stamps to choose from; 85t, K3.00, K3.35 and K1.00 Sheetlet of 12 stamps.
SERVICE STANDARDS
Port Moresby residents can have their photos taken at Boroko Post Office. Orders will take 2 – 10 working days to process. It is always important to choose a quality photograph. For best results, use a tri-pod or engage a steady photographer to take your pictures. Use the tips below to assist you choose your photographs.
- Select a photograph that is sharp and free of default.
- For best results, choose a 100mm x 150mm (4” x 6”) vertical photo. A clear, sharp close-up short is best.
- Standard photo size similar to the size indicated below can be sent for scanning at the Philatelic Bureau.
Your photo should have the following measurements:
- Width – 100mm
- Height – 150mm
Note: Image must not exceed this width-trim photo if necessary
Choosing your photograph saves your time, money and other necessary inconveniences (see terms and conditions).
We also provide photographic service at selected major Post Offices for your convenience. However, it is your responsibility to take your own photos.
